WINDS, 35-45, AT FIRST STILL UP TO 60 KNOTS, AND SEA 4-5, DIMINISHING
AND CALMING THROUGH THE NIGHT.
A ridge of high pressure is extending from the north toward the

NE, in the open sea NW winds, 12-24, in places at first still up to 30,
diminishing toward the end of the day to 10-20 knots. In the North
Adriatic NE and N winds 6-16 knots, diminishing and giving way in the
open sea during the night to SE 6-16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Central and
South Adriatic today still 3-4, toward the open possibly 4-5.

Mostly clear. In the Central and South Adriatic NE winds diminishing to
light to moderate. In the North Adriatic light to moderate SE, along
the coast during the night mainly calm or light NE winds. Sea smooth or
slight. Morning air temperatures will drop a little, daily ones with no
change or warming up a little.
