SYNOPSIS
A shallow low is shifting from the Adriatic eastwards.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
NE, through the day NW and W wind, 6-16 knots. In the open sea NW wind
6-16, locally in the Central and South Adriatic 20-24, diminishing from
the middle of the day till the night to 5-15 knots. In the Velebit
Channel NE wind 10-20 knots, diminishing through the day. Sea 2-3, in
the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4,
through the day 2-3, then 1-2. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy
with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder in the South and
in a part of the Central Adriatic, but fine and fair in the North
Adriatic. Sunny spells in the Central Adriatic through the day and
clearing in the South Adriatic till the end of the day. Air
temperatures with no change or a little higher.
